Been married 15 years.

Why oh why is there so much drama with women and how they interact with each other?

Then of course they have to unload the drama on the poor husband/boyfriend and we suffer through it.

Any married men wanna chime in?

Sadly? Perhaps. Cannot relater (yet).

For me, other than the kids, divorce would be awesome some days.

Hey Boomer!

Gotta say, this might be the best "introduction post" ever! Armchair psychiatrists mobilize!

I've been married for 14 years and have 2 kids -- one of whom is a 10 year old girl who is the source of our family drama. In fact, her drama has now eclipsed my wife's drama, so yeah, i'm with you. There will be drama.

Welcome and take a breath. :)

Blame it on the kids...

First marriage - 7 years...RIP

Second marriage - 15.5 yrs. and still going.

Drama left 5 years ago after I told my one and only son (he will turn 25 on Sunday) it was time to leave the nest. 95% of disagreements between my wife and I went away with him. Of course every situation is different so that's just my take.

As for divorce, if you really hate the person you married (my case/first wife), it can be an awesome, vindicating experience. However, I know a few other people who have been through it, and they didn't have near the fun I did.

Life is funny that way!

I have been married to the 420th for three years now. There has been some drama yes, but nothing major.

There's also 3 people living in my house. The oldest one has been living there for 10 years now. I've come to accept that she may never leave without a fight.
Then there's a 5-year-old boy whom I use to fetch me beers, and a 1-year-old girl who's a perfect footrest for when I don't have my feet on the rudder pedals.

I may be 50% deaf in one ear from the noise they produce. Can't wait till they grow up and their problems become more complex *cough*
