Was able to confirm that they're having some connection issues at the server.

"The Toronto location is currently experiencing network difficulty. End users may experience elevated latency levels and/or an inability to correct to services. We are in contact with our provider in an effort to correct the issue. We will provide additional updates here when they become available."
