Yep, ever since the update, the game crashes when trying to start. I assume the update is on the the server? I can't find a place to download anywhere. WTF am I doing wrong?

I've heard that the latest update has porked everything. It's not you. Have to wait for a patch I guess. I haven't logged on since the update.

You have to update your client too. File a ticket with frontier.

and yes, elite reddit is toxic. as well as the federation discord. powerplay was completely busted.

I think I'll take a week off from space travel and see how things are when I get back. If the issue is on their side, then it would just be a waste of my time, which I happen to be short on anyway. Thanks for the feedback!

Will check into it if they fix the bugs. I can start up Elite if I choose not to run Horizons, but if I try to play w/ Horizons, it crashes on start up.

maybe try logging into non-horizons, fly somewhere else then switch?
