these are the mods that tyox had me download, except for qin_evoix (a car that i wanted to try), okt_noBlur(supposed to help with frames), JDG_NImitz and MAP(needed it for a mission i wanted to try)

thought id post this in case anyone wanted to get caught up. (you can find these easily by using the search option in PlaywithSix)

EDIT: the version of okt_blur in Playwithsix isnt the correct version for the latest version of operation arrowhead. You need the one from the okt_blur website.

Few mods I recommend

tao foldmap = it's a smaller fold map that you can have open in the screen and still see your gun. Use shift + (map key) to open and close the fold map. Helps out with orienting your crosshairs towards an enemy you see on the map. And is especially useful when flying. The host must have this mod enabled.

st lb enhance = another Shacktac made mod that allows you to use your gun when mounted on the skid. The movement of your gun is quite limited with the mod, but I guess it's better than nothing.

This needs to be updated and *completed*. Perhaps a sticky starting with what components of Arma II you need, plus play with six (recommended) plus the mods.

I also recall that Ty had us modify some config files on first install. All of this should be captured so we can point people to it rather than walking people through it whenever someone new comes on board. Got it in ya Crazy?? ;)

Oh yeah, and keep it updated!! You guys keep adding @naked_female01 and @longer_penisv2 mods... who can keep up?? :)

Got another guy that is interested in trying out some arma II with us. When he asked what he needed to have installed, i sent him a link to this thread. He said "there's nothing of any fucking use in that thread!". I hung my head in shame and quietly whimpered my response, "i know....".

WHO IS GOING TO FINISH THIS?

Loverboy (jb)? Loverofboys (crazy)? mr. "posts-too-much" (tyox)? sir "who-the-fuck-is-that-again" (mud)? :D

Dinks. I'll try, but so help me if one of you points out some obscure mod that you installed 2 minutes ago that isn't in my list....

I need someone to confirm what Ty had us change in our config files. Need to take this from the start. I don't remember a thing as it was all happening so fast that night. Tyox, this is an investment for you so you don't have to setup anymore dumbasses on TS!!
