Guys, in support of this initiative, I ask that you please find more sensitive ways to describe and talk about Thomas and/or Ryan. I know that this will be an exceptionally difficult task for myself personally... But I'm up for the challenge... Even if the "r-word" is a concise and accurate descriptor for either individual.
