Sorry Guys! I haven't posted here what we are doing...

A Coalition Force with the following Squadrons to form a United Front against either the 1st VFW or the 72nd VFW as they are considerably larger in membership. The participating Squadrons Include the 20th, 27th, 420th, 161st and 801st.

We expect 15-17 Pilots and at the moment our roster for this event is:

The best dates for this event would either be Saturday 27th of June, around 17:30pm East Coast USA or the 11th of July, 17:30pm East Coast USA. July 4th would be tough to get everyone on board.

Let Schnidrman know and he can post on the 801st forum... coordinate the TE and ROE's and firm up the date and time

I will be on the road traveling/moving to California on the 27 of June(Leave Tennessee 25 June).

I will arrive in CA at the end of June or July 1st. I'd like to submit myself to suicide, lol, so July 11th would be best for me.

I should have my rig up and running a day or two after I arrive as I'm moving in with my daughter and son-in-law.

I would like to participate,, but I'm unable to commit at the time being.
My summer vacation starts at 19th of June, so who know's where I'll be at the next 4 weeks

So you would have to consider me as a last minute reinforcement at best

I'd like to participate despite my distinct lack of flight-time over the past few weeks. I tried a flight last night and was pleasantly surprised to see that i could still land in a crosswind.

5:30pm is a little early for me, but i'll do my best. Going to have to get started on making dinners and giving foot rubs to get out of my "parenting duties" earlier than normal. Be aware that i'll have a 6 year-old screaming in my mic every chance he gets until around 9:00pm. Fair warning.

I am juggling 7 forums and it looks like the 27th of June is the 'GO' and though the event will start around 6pm East Coast it should last 5 hours depending... so if a pilot joins 3 hours into it... no prob.

At the moment I have added ya'll in the list as hopefuls and you never know, things might change and the next thing we know... BAM here's Jay-Bee and Ram22 puttin' the wheels in the well and warming up the 9x's!

At the pace this event is gathering, we might have 30 pilots in attendance... fingers crossed

Hope at least one representative of the 420th can make it for we are challenging some of the best pilots in the Falcon community to a head on cluster %#$...

Well then, I'm out. Like I said, I'll be traveling across the US on the 27th.

Oh well.

Just had a PM from Hamster of the 72nd as well as replies from their members. For them to attend... and they can organise at least 20 pilots from their Squads... we would have to start a bit later, around 9pm East Coast.

The next thing we need to do is organise a Pow Wow on TS3 with them and see what compromises we can make for this event time wise... but the date of June 27th is firm.

If this works we just might have a 20 v 20 Force on Force

This will be good news for Harley also!

Thanks for taking charge as it will really help with getting this event going. I have 4 Squadrons and possibly a 5th who will attend and we should have as mentioned around 18-20 pilots. I know the 72nd can organise a roster of 20+ pilots and that is awesome.

June 27th 9pm East Coast USA is fine with us as it puts Australia starting at 11am Sunday and 10am Sunday for you.

Our next step is to organise a time on Teamspeak as not everyone has Skype between the 20th, 27th, 161st, 420th and 801st. There will be at least two represenatives from each Squadron and if you can, please bring your XO or 2ic for the Pow Wow on Teamspeak and we can go over the finer details of the TE and event with everyone's input and suggestions.

Please let me know if this Sunday 14th June around 10am your time is good? If yes, I will organise the other Squadrons Top Brass to attend as well.

Our Server for this event can handle 30+ pilots but do let me know how many will be flying for the 72nd so we can be prepared. If you can organise 20+ pilots we will do our best to match your numbers.

I spoke with Snarble yesterday on TS and he was like, heck I'm in! so I think we will have a real fight on our hands...
